Dunelm House was designed by Architects Co-Partnership, under the supervision of Sir Ove Arup, and was built by Laings Construction Company for Durham University. This Brutalist style students union building was completed in 1966 and later won a R.I.B.A. Architecture Award in 1967. Kingsgate Bridge dating from 1963 was designed by Ove Arup and Partners
