Erik Lindbergh, grandson of legendary aviator Charles Lindbergh, takes off from Lindbergh Field near San Diego 14 April, 2002, to retrace the begining of his grandfather's first leg that would lead to the first solo flight across the Atlantic Ocean in 1927.
