The Cetiosaurus, a member of the Cetiosauridae family, is estimated to have grown up to an impressive 60 feet in length. The habitat depicted in this artwork is a serene, prehistoric landscape, with lush vegetation and a calm body of water in the background. Contrary to popular belief, Cetiosaurus was not an aquatic dinosaur, but rather a herbivorous land dweller. Its elongated neck and tail, small head, and columnar legs are characteristic features of sauropods.
