This stunning photograph captures the grandeur and elegance of the nave procession during the royal wedding ceremony of Prince Albert Edward, later King Edward VII, and Princess Alexandra of Denmark, held on the 10th of March, 1863, at St. George's Chapel in Windsor Castle. The future King, then the Prince of Wales, is seen escorted by his groomsmen, while the bride, Princess Alexandra, makes her regal entrance, her long train trailing behind her.
