Donald Burluraux, A Level Student from North Skelton, recently celebrated his 17th Birthday (8th June) and has signed as a full time professional with Middlesbrough FC, pictured Tuesday 11th June 1968.
Don played for Middlesbrough Juniors last season and gained representative honours with the North Riding.
An inside forward, he will be reporting at Ayresome Park on 1st July.
His father, Fred Burluraux, was a professional with Hartlepool before the war, and his grandfather, the late Jack Burluraux, was a well known sportsman in Cleveland
