Created between 1923 and 1947 for the London, Midland & Scottish Railway (LMS), this poster was designed to entice travelers to explore the scenic wonders of North Wales by rail. The image showcases a picturesque view of the Conway Estuary, with Conwy Castle's majestic ruins standing proudly in the foreground. The castle's ancient walls provide a captivating contrast against the tranquil backdrop of the River Conwy flowing peacefully into the distance. Wilkinson's masterful brushstrokes bring life to every detail, capturing both nature's serenity and historical grandeur.
