Full title: Valuable freehold estate to be sold by auction, by Messrs Bardwell and Son, at their auction rooms, in High Street, Sheffield.
All that messuage, farmhouse, or tenement, with barn, stable, cowhouse, yard, and outbuilding, with 70 acres, 2 roods and 2 perches of land, situate at Holdworth, in the Chapelry of Bradfield, in the parish of Ecclesfield, in the County of York, now in the occupation of Ellis Crapper.
Lots include: Hardins, Croft, Kiln Hill, Farr Field, Gilling Flatt, Nether Gilling Flatt, Great Pasture Field, New Pieces, Torr Top, Well House Croft, The Acres, Triangle, Kilne Croft, Upper Kilne Croft, Low Rye Croft, Neese Croft, Common Piece, Loxley Field and common allotment.
The above estate is tithe free, but subject to Land Tax. The house and outbuildings are in good repair. The Estate is situate about five miles from Sheffield, and adjoining the Subscription Moors, and is very desirable for any gentleman fond of grouse shooting.
