Jet hopping super star Elton John pulled off a top of the pops surprise for close friend Kiki Dee on Sunday night (). Kiki, Britains number one girl singer, was making a " welcome home" stage appearance in her childhood city of Bradford, Yorkshire. Then, as a surprise, in dropped Elton, her chart topping partner. And the 1, 900 fans were treated to an unexpected feast of pop. Together they sang their recent No. 1 small hit, " Don t Go Breaking My Heart". Then, with a hug and a kiss for Kiki, Elton dashed off to catch his special jet which had bought him to a local airport just an hour before the show.
