Engineers and workmen will celebrate the completion of 20 acres of elevated roadway at a topping out ceremony on the interchange this afternoon. Officials of the Midland Road Construction Unit will join the consulting engineers and contractors to watch the last few cubic yards of concrete poured into place 80 feet above the ground on one of the linking carriageways. 6th April 1971
