Clockwise from the top, we find Barry Neame, the esteemed proprietor of the Hinds Head Hotel in Bray, a Michelin-starred establishment that continues to thrive today. Neame's commitment to excellence in country house dining set a new standard for the hospitality industry. Next, we encounter Commandatore Gelardi, the charismatic manager of the iconic Claridges Hotel. Gelardi's impeccable service and attention to detail elevated the hotel to the pinnacle of fashionable London accommodations. Moving on, we meet M.
