Mr. Roger Smith has a Pixie in his garden. But its no dream-world fairy-tale figure thats appeared... its the remains of a genuine 1924 Parnall Pixie light aircraft. And with the help of members of the Midland Aircraft Preservation Society, of which he is secretary, he hopes to restore it to its former state. He and his friends have a mammouth task on their hands but they hope to have it rebuilt completely by its 50th anniversary. They are appealing to anyone with details or plans of the aeroplane to help them. If they are successful, the remains fo the plane will once again look like it did in 1924.
