Star boxer Errol Christie had a ringside seat at his brothers wedding today. The 20-year-old Coventry light-middleweight was one of the best men when 23-year-old Miek Christie married Eileen Nolan at Elim Pentecostal Church, The Butts, Coventry. Miek, who is an England International middleweight, boxing as an amateur, with the citys Triumph Boxing club, met Eileen about four years ago when they danced together in a disco dance team. Their wedding was simply a knock-out affair, since all six of the Christie brothers are or have been boxers. Eileen, who is the daughter of Michael and Norah Nolan, of Stamford Avenue, Styvechale, works as a hairdresser at Roots Hair Design Centre. The other best man was Billy Hamilton, a singer with the pop group Masque.
