" Its only a matter of time, " said Cliff nonchalently, " before everyone will have a machine and runway in their backyard." " I believe I m the only person in the country working on a powered hang gliding principle." Later he hopes to substitute a car engine instead of the 125cc. pop pop unit he has at present.
