Architects model for the Horder Centre. Despite being crippled by arthritis and confined to a wheelchair herself, Mrs Bochenek and her friend, Dr Joyce Peake, set up the Horder recuperative home at Crowbrough in East Sussex, specifically for people with arthritis. The centre was named after Lord Horder of Ashford who became the first President. It was opened by Princess Margaret in October 1966. Date: circa 1960s
