The automatic Hot Chip Dispenser has arrived and is serving up chips fast in the pubs, clubs and railway stations of Britain. At any time of the day or night customers can pop their coins into the machines and 25 seconds later will come a bagful of chips. A four-to-six ounce serving can cost anything from 25p to 50p.
