In this intriguing photograph, taken in the late 19th century, we find Samuel F. Cody (left) and B.F.S. Baden-Powell standing next to each other, their eyes fixed on an object of great fascination - an early aircraft. He is credited with making the first powered flight in Britain, having flown a steam-powered biplane named "Britannia" for a short distance in 1894. Baden-Powell, on the other hand, is best known for his military career and the founding of the Scout Movement.
