Housed in the prestigious Library of the University of Barcelona in Catalonia, Spain, this rare and exquisite incunabula (early printed book) is a testament to the enduring fascination of humankind with the celestial bodies, particularly the moon and its intriguing phenomena such as lunar eclipses. Hyginus, a renowned Latin poet and astronomer, authored Astronomicon, an influential astronomical atlas, which contained various astronomical theories and mathematical calculations.
