The round body at the centre is the nucleus which has three endoplasmic reticulums attached to it. The nucleus contains DNA and RNA, a large quantity of protein called nucleoprotein and enzymes responsible for DNA and RNA synthesis. RNA is synthesised in the nucleolus, the sponge-like structure within the nucleus. At the bottom right is a Golgi body.
