This print showcases the remarkable Cro-Magnon 1 fossil skull, a significant discovery in the field of anthropology and human evolution. The cast is an accurate representation of the original skull belonging to a male individual who lived approximately 28,000 years ago. Unearthed in the picturesque Dordogne region of southern France back in 1868, this ancient relic provides invaluable insights into our ancestral past. The expertly crafted cast brings history to life and invites contemplation about our shared origins. Housed within London's esteemed Natural History Museum, this artifact stands as a testament to humanity's relentless pursuit of knowledge about its own past. It serves as a reminder that we are part of an extraordinary lineage stretching back thousands upon thousands of years—a connection between prehistoric times and our present existence.
