The Junior National Wheelchair Basketball Championship has been won by the northern region after a fierce competition at Stoke Mandeville.
The majority of the team has been made up of pupils and former pupils from Ormesby Comprehensive School, which has disabled and able bodied youngsters.
The northern region team is coached by Ian Smith, who is in charge of special needs physical education at the Ormesby school, 7th December 1988
